Open House Review: 175 Rhapsody

This three bedroom home is in turn-key condition and the price has been reduced from $795,000 to $789,000 on October 12.   Although on a quieter street in Woodbury, the home is located at the end of a ‘T’ intersection of Rhapsody and Rinaldi.  A nice selling point is the home’s larger private yard in comparison to many condominiums in the area and detached walls. The home is slated for Woodbury Elementary, Jeffrey Trails Middle School and Portola High School.

The basics:

Open House Review: 264 Pinewood

The open house was very busy, crowded with multiple parties viewing the home.  This two level condominium has a kitchen, dining area and living room downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs.  It is advertised to have 3 reserved parking spots assigned to the home. The home is a middle unit, sharing walls with neighbors on each side.  It is located at the far end of the community, but is just steps away from the tennis courts and amenities. It is most convenient for guests to park along Park Place, but it was difficult to finding a parking space. A nice feature is that laundry is out in the patio closet, so residents do not have to leave their property or share a laundry facility.

Asking Price:   $430,000
Bedrooms:       2
Bathrooms:      1.5
Square Footage: 1,204

Open House Review: 5 Rincon

Behind the entry-coded gate of Northwood’s Canyon Creek sits a turn-key, two story home with large bedrooms and remodeled kitchen and bathrooms.  Behind the gates, along the streets with speed bumps throughout, traffic is minimal and appears safe for kids to play outside. Property prices have been on the rise, and interesting enough, the home initially listed at $1,350,000 and then increased within a day to the asking price of $1,368,888.
