4 Diamante is located on an internal neighborhood street that is one of the only streets that is not a cul-de-sac street, but it bridges between two cul-de-sac streets.   This home sits next to a walking trail and has no direct neighbor to one side, and a green area bordering the backyard. The home would appeal to any family looking to be walking distance to Santiago Hills Elementary School and in close proximity to Sierra Vista Middle School and Northwood High School.

With scraped ceilings, new windows, new doors, clean interior paint and carpet, updated kitchen and some new tile floors, 4 Diamante is in excellent condition. The cabinetry throughout the home is original and there are some wallpapered walls, but the sinks, hardware, mirrors, lighting and flooring are updated. With the home being on a zero-lot-line property, there are no windows along one side of the family room.

The front door is located on the side of the home. Upon entry, a short hallway and the staircase are directly in front of you and the living room is to the left. To the right is the dining room, which fits a decent size table. The living room and entrance have vaulted ceilings. There is plenty of light in the rooms. The living and dining rooms have wood floors while the rest of the first floor has clean large tile.

One of the entrances into the kitchen is from the dining room. The kitchen has original cabinets but the kitchen has been updated with white appliances, new recessed lighting and granite countertops. It is in very good condition. There is a small casual eating nook that can fit a small table in front of a large kitchen window looking out to the backyard. The rectangular family room is standard. The room has crown moulding and recessed lighting. The fireplace has been updated with modern stone, which is located next to the sliding door leading out to the backyard. In the opposite back corner is a small wet bar.

The half bath downstairs is located at the back of the family room, next to the garage entrance. It is in excellent condition with the tile flowing from the family room into the bathroom. The cabinets are original but the lighting, sink, hardware and decorative mirror create a nicely updated bathroom. A coat closet is found under the stairs.

The backyard is a decent size and very private with a greenbelt and walking trail backing to the block wall. The patio has a lattice cover that runs across the back of the home. This provides space for a small patio dining table. There is grass and nicely landscaped plants and trees lining the back block wall.

The stairs and all bedrooms upstairs are carpeted a tan color. A set of linen cabinets sits outside of the master bedroom. The master bedroom is a nice size room with cathedral ceilings. Two sets of large windows bring in an abundance of light. The bathroom is located through a large opening and has two new sinks and plenty of counter space. New decorative mirrors sit above the new sinks, new recessed lights have been installed and the tile flooring matches the tile from the first floor. The cabinets are original and the area is wallpapered with a floral design but the area is in clean excellent condition. To the left is a good size walk-in closet. To the right is the separate shower. The 4×4 tile surround is original but in clean condition. There is no tub in the master.

The shared bathroom has dual sinks with plenty of counter space and cabinets for storage. Again, the cabinets are original but clean. The sinks and decorative mirrors are new. The tile floor matches the other bathrooms. The tub/shower looks original with the original 4×4 tile surround.

The two secondary bedrooms are similar in size, with the corner room slightly larger. All bedrooms look out to the backyard and walking trail. The third secondary bedroom is found to the right. It has an open wall in the room that looks down over the entrance and living room. The wall could be built up if you prefer an enclosed, private bedroom. All bedrooms have double sliding closet doors.

4 Diamanate is ideal for any family looking to reside on a more private lot, with no neighbors immediately to one side or behind the property. It is located just a short distance to the schools and community amenities. Although some features are original, they are clean and the home is in excellent condition. One of the two community pools is located one street over from the walking trail, while the elementary school and Community clubhouse, tennis courts and pool with a bar-b-que area are located on the other side of Yale.
