Open House Review: 8 La Paloma

Bustling with people, the open house had many people looking at this single level condominium.  Although the  home’s dining room and living room windows face Park Place, a non-residential street, it is an end-unit, has a large grassy area just out the front door and is located just steps away from the pool, as well as being walking distance to Santiago Hills Elementary School and Sierra Vista Middle School.

Open House Review: 4 Urbino

Today I saw a house at 4 Urbino.  It is nicely situated on a quiet cul-de-sac street in the gated community of Windstream.  Windstream is divided into three gated sections so it limits the amount of car traffic although pedestrian traffic is not limited between the sections. 4 Urbino is found in one of the smaller portions that consist of 2 short cul-de-sac streets and just steps from the community pool and Hicks Canyon Trail.

Open House Review: 7 Chattanooga

Located nicely on a cul-de-sac in Northwood Park, 7 Chattanooga is a two story, 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom home.  The home is on a zero-lot-line.  The layout of the home struck me as unusual, but it is spacious and has a ground floor bedroom and full bathroom.

Open House Review: 12 Lucero West

Today I am reviewing a single level home in Northwood’s Park Paseo Community, located at the corner of a quiet cul-de-sac.   The home had newer tile flooring and some recessed lights and ceiling fans, but otherwise had many original features which gives the buyer the opportunity to upgrade the home as they desire.  Single level homes do not come on the market often in Park Paseo and this home would be desirable for a family wanting to be close to the amenities as well as walking distance to Santiago Elementary and walking or biking distance to Sierra Vista Middle School and Northwood High School.

Asking Price: $819,900
Bedrooms: 3
Bathrooms: 2
Square Footage: 1,560
Lot Size: 4,850
$/Sq Ft: $526
Property Type: Single Family Residence

Open House: 194 Pineview

This home, while located nicely in the middle of the pathway, across from the tennis courts, is in a tranquil area, but owners and guests must walk down the pathway to access the home.  Parking can be a bit tricky for guests with limited guest parking, but there is more parking on the outskirts of the community, on Park Place or Orange Arrow.  This home comes with a one carport spot and one open parking spot.  It is a two level townhouse with kitchen, dining area and living room downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs with a jack-and-jill bathroom.

Asking Price:               $459,000
