Last week I reviewed the same model in Park Paseo, but located a couple streets over on 28 Palmatum. Today I am reviewing 23 Christamon East, which sits nicely at the end of a cul-de-sac street, and just a few hundred feet from Santiago Hills Elementary School, Community Clubhouse, tennis courts and swimming pool.  The property is also close distance to Sierra Vista Middle School and Northwood High School.  Both properties have a huge bonus room and there are differing upgrades in each home.

Open House Review: 28 Palmatum

Two Park Paseo homes are for sale this week, both the same model and a couple of streets apart from each other.  However, the locations and features of each house may make a big difference to buyers.  This week I am reviewing 28 Palmatum. This two level home is nicely located at the end of a cul-de-sac street, directly across from the green soccer fields at the back of Santiago Hills Elementary School.  It also has a highly desirable large bonus room.  Children can easily get to Santiago Hills Elementary School, Community pool and walking/bike path without needing to cross any street.  The property is also close distance to Sierra Vista Middle School and Northwood High School.

Open House Review: 9 Filare

Nicely located within Northwood’s Vista Filare Community, 9 Filare has a nice layout and sits across from the community pool, tot lot and basketball courts.  The location is the primary selling point of this property.  The home has been partially upgraded and is in clean, great condition.  It is a zero-lot-line property but with the high ceilings, bright rooms, and upgrades, it did not occur to me that it was a zero-lot line.

Open Hous Review: 58 Hazelton

Located in Stonegate, this home has been listed since February with a $60,000 price reduction on March 8.  The home boasts a ground floor bedroom, panoramic patio doors and a large upstairs loft.  Although the home is only 150 square feet smaller than last week’s model, which was only one street over, there were enough differences in the layout and some of the upgrades, that I wonder which home will sell first.
