Irvine Housing by the Numbers – May 2012 Update

Here is an updated list of the housing numbers for each of Irvine’s neighborhood. Of note, the sold prices per square foot of Quail Hill, Turtle Rock and to a lesser degree Oak Creek show a marked increase. Time will tell if this trend continues.

    It would be useful to know how many transactions for each reporting period these numbers represent

      If I understand your comment correctly, that would be the the second number in the second column. That column is titled “# Homes Sold.” Take the Airport/IBC neighborhood as an example. The second column reads $340K/25. Therefore, the number of transactions would be 25. I hope this helps.
