Open House Review: 65 Lakepines

This home is the largest plan in the Lakes Community of Northwood and has a rare attached two car garage. It is a two level townhouse with kitchen, dining area and living room downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs with a jack-and-jill bathroom. I have reviewed the same layout at 180 Pineview which sold in the summer for $437,888. That model had more upgrades in the bathrooms, but 65 Pineview opened up the kitchen wall and created a modern, open first floor.

Slim pickings in the North Irvine area led me to Woodbridge this weekend, where I came upon 12 Oakdale. This single family home has had multiple additions and renovations, creating a four bedroom plus office home that includes a huge add-on family room.

Driving through the 24-hour guarded gates of Northpark, 22 Bonsall is a townhome located on a quiet street within the neighborhood. It is a multi-level townhome that is move-in ready. The residence is slotted for Tustin Unified Schools.

The entrance and staircases have wood floors. To the right is a large living room. The room has high ceilings and white tiled floors. Four large windows bring in a good amount of natural light. With two shared walls, there are only windows facing the front and back of the home. All windows are furnished with new plantation shutters.
