    While Woodbury has had some drops, some of those aren’t that bad:

    28 Gentry

    That’s only a 6% drop.

    31 Shepard
    Mar 20, 2012 $1,375,000
    Mar 24, 2006 $1,489,000

    That’s about an 8% drop.

    27 Cassidy had a higher drop and was built new in 2010:
    Mar 15, 2012 $1,050,000
    Nov 04, 2010 $1,149,500

    That’s about 9%.
