Um, I would like to point out that Big Spender is sung by a group of dance hall girls who are one step above prostitutes. They only dance for money, and are just like strippers in their quest to get the guy to buy more champagne.
Way to make your buyer feel like a mark! Good job!

After reading these two listings I had to look this guy up. Here is a quote from his bio on his web site. It looks like run-on sentences and strange punctuation aren’t limited to his real estate listings:
Mark was former world class equestrian acknowledged by the queen of england and former world class tennis professional, now living in Newport beach with his wife and family and daughters , his oldest daughter Brie is also a world class ranked tennis professional on the wta tour and travels mostly with Annette his wife and mother and also a world ranked tennis professional and former wta tour player. the youngest daughter shani is also on a national cheer squad. Being competitive and driven runs in the family it seems.Mark has developed over 650 properties around the world and purchased his first block of land at age 14years and has actively bought and sold all around the world Mark currently owns over $100,000,000 of property in the usa alone.
So accomplished yet he is a realtor who can’t write a good description???
Sorry to keep picking on this agent, but here is the text from another one of his listings. Oh, and there are only 2 pictures in the listing, and one of them appears to be dolphins swimming under water (or maybe just some rocks)???:

Do you think that he and Michael Jackson have the same doctor? or is it more like China, Catalina, what’s the difference? or does he mean you get a clear view of UCI & 99 Ranch Market from that home?

It’s now a short sale. The listing has been updated with the last line saying subject to lender approval.
Circula Panorama is getting busy. I see 2 scheduled auctions, 1 bank repo, and 3 NODs that appear to be upside down. The three NODs look to be upside down $100K, $200K and $250K on loans in the $700K+ range.
For future reference, how do I make the above url a link that people can click on?
Better yet, right click on the image, select copy image location, then come back to your post and hit control V or right click and select paste, and then this will happen…
I just hope that is a low lying root kind of tree, otherwise I’d be a bit concerned about the foundation.
I was just looking at some Aliso listings and saw this one. Totally ordinary looking house, very close to the 73, priced at $589,900. But when I looked at the history, I saw that somebody paid $1,331,000 for this house in 2004! That just blows my mind.

Are u sure? It sold in 2006 for $620,000 and purchased new in 1999 for $199,000. I think redfin is misinformed, or maybe I am but what it’s saying is that it lost over half its value from 2004-2006. Anyways, it’s now going to auction.

No, all I know is what’s on Redfin. Maybe Redfin is wrong. It does seem really weird.

It already went to auction on 8/3, and it sold to an investor for $432,600. Not a bad deal. Keep in mind 20 and 31 Lantana are in default too. If 31 ever goes to auction it will probably be scooped up by an investor too.

Its a mistake. there is a 6 Lantana in Newport Beach as well, the entry is for that. SiteXData shows the same $1.3mil on the home… but it lists the seller as Taylor Woodrow Homes to a seller who is not the owner and never listed again… the home was sold a few years earlier by Laing Homes.
