Wow! that’s so cool. I never knew when you breed a Panda and a Dog, their cubs can look like that.

Looks like a samoyed with a deranged owner.

I think the dog is part Chow (notice the black tongue).  I read that the dog is dyed with a vegetable derived black dye around the eyes, ears, paws, and behind.  It’s a simple process which can be done at any groomer and it’s popular Japan.  The dye grows out naturally, and can be re done for a longer panda look. Haha! I think its adorable.  I also found some other pictures on the web—
