This house at 3040 E. Bradley Pl., Tustin, listed late last year, I believe in December and I was keeping an eye on it. The house was eventually taken off the MLS but I do not show it sold since then and no record of sale since Jan. ‘07 per Redfin. I checked Foreclosure Radar and it does not show up as a P, A, or B either. I suppose the owners may have simply taken it off the market and decided to stay put, however I just want some clue as to what’s happened to it. Anyone know what I can look at next to find out? Thanks.

I checked MLS and did not see it listed in 2008 or 2009.  The last sale was back in Jan. 07 for $635k (YIKES!) and the owner only got a $385k loan.  I’m thinking they could sell the condo and still walkaway with some kind of proceeds.

I don’t know what’s happened to this listing.

The MLS listing # S555845 was listed on 12/2/08 for $820k and went all the way down to $779k but the listing expired on 8/19/09.
