One of my coworkers just bought a home and the roof needs minor repairs. Does anyone have a roofer they were happy with? The home is in Anaheim Hills. Thanks in advance!

IR2, I gave them a call to schedule a time to go to one of the homes that I’m in escrow on to get an estimate for roof repairs/replacement but they charge a $350 fee to go out there for an inspection and only reimburse my buyers back 1/2 of that fee if they go with them. This seems very unreasonable IMO.
Anyone else have any good roofing contractors who can come by and give a free estimate?
