I am just amazed at Graphrix warning others to be civil….absolutely amazed.
I have taken the high road, and will post only data in response to both you. I have had ENOUGH of your name calling and derogatory comments. I have even seen some today which are border line. Go ahead and cross that line again, and I will start having some fun with my moderator powers. DO NOT TEST ME! I am going to start acting like a moderator and you two need to start acting like adults. Clean it up, or I will clean it up for you.
In all fairness, Nude called him Junior before Rolar called him clown. carry on.
I think most of the moderators have me on ignore by now.
You are not on ignore. It is a fact Robert is a junior. You were just stating a fact. If he is offended by that fact, then he should change his name.
Thanks graphrix. I will start following the rules and not challenging the moderators. I respect the forums, and I respect the moderators even more. Especially you, graph, your insight and factual data is second to none.

Umm, he wasn’t really defending me. I claimed you were Junior because I think NewportSkipper is your dad, and you are named after him, making you a “Junior”. Although, your overanalysis is pretty funny.
I’ll allow you to decide whether I am laughing AT you or WITH you

Haha… are you just copying what I say now? So many things to say, but I’m held to a higher standard

For someone who isn’t trying to promote their own business, I find it interesting that you have found a way to regularly post a link to your website…
It’s a blog actually… also why I created a direct link to the enlarged image so people don’t have to visit the blog.
It’s only proper to cite the work of people who have obviously put in such hard work.
I’m not trying to promote my business, ie jumping on people offering my services to new people or offering my services to anyone actually. Yes, I would like to create a solid blog with decent traffic. Is there something wrong with that? I see a lot worse going on.

Thanks for the update, Robert. Those are some fantastic numbers. Post what you want. What you do is a far cry from the begging of people like USC. I cringe every time a newbie posts some possible interest, because you know within minutes it’s white-on-rice time.
Too bad you can’t play the “I have a family to feed” card. Now, I’m not saying that’s wrong, but if it’s good enough for a favored member it’s good enough for you.

Don’t get me wrong. I have nothing against a guy trying to make a living. If, by participating in the blog you are able to win business, great. I just like to try to ensure that readers are aware of the incentives of those posting, and are aware of the potential for biases to induce a particular line of thinking. For R/E agents, promulgating the belief that housing prices have stabalized, whether it is true or not, has positive implications for their business.
If you are not familiar with Incentive Caused Bias, I have provided a link to a presentation by Charlie Munger that I have found to be one of the most insightful articles I have ever read (Incentive Caused Bias is #3).

Charlie Munger? Who the hell is he, and where does he get these stats from? He is just blowing stats out of his a$$. Just another chicken little fitting your agenda.

Sorry, I don’t get your twisted logic. His data are not subject to interpretation or bias. You see how it all connects? Oh, nevermind, of course you don’t.
