I heard that there’s an indoor batting cage (NOT Boomer’s) that’s located in Irvine, somewhere by K-1 Racing on Von Karman. Anyone know?

There is also The Baseball Academy which techincally isn’t in Irvine.  It is by REI and Roger Dunn off the 55.

The Baseball Academy

I like the Baseball Academy better for several reasons but the most important is they use Tokens so you can hit a token worth then rest where The Yard you have to rent in blocks of time.

The baseball Academy also has auto ball returns and at the yard you have to pick up your own baseballs and put them back in the machine.

The Yard’s facility is nicer though.

The Baseball academy is also bigger so if you are having a team outing you can rent two cages side by side.  That is what I do that way there are only 5-6 kids at each cage instead of a line of 12.

Finally the Academy has camps for the kids.  Right now they are running a summer camp.

Good luck
