Has anyone had any experience, good or bad, with local cleaners cleaning your grout?  Our new place has a bunch of white tile and we want that crap spotless.  Zerorez was fantastic with our carpets and they offer grout cleaning as well which sounds nice but they’re a bit spendy.

I used them on the house I sold last year… excellent work.

I used a self-employed carpet/grout cleaner based out of Laguna Niguel or AV who was referred to me by a friend.  He cleaned and sealed my stone floors with white grout perfectly.  I looked at a few websites of local businesses and he was willing to meet or beat their estimates.  I have his info at work and I’ll send it to you tomorrow.
