There are many members here who are looking at properties outside of Irvine, and many have asked if I would keep them updated. Well, for those who are looking in Costa Mesa, HB, Aliso, Coto, etc., I will post some of the more “prime” properties of OC that get foreclosed on here.
To start things off, yesterday 111 15TH STREET in 92648 went back to the bank for $909.5k, and it last sold in 2004 for $1.3mil.
How about Yorba Linda and 18291 TIMBERLANE DR, which someone picked up for $621k and a penny, and it sold for $830k in 2004.
Jimmy told me that there were no foreclosures in CDM and prices were going up. Oops, 1011 Bonnie Doone Terrace went back to the bank for $600k. Me thinks that was just the second lien because it sold for $2mil in early 2005.
Today we saw 9091 BOBBIE CIRCLE in 92646 go back to the bank for $585k, and it sold for $745k in 2004.
Can’t forget South County, 25922 PRAIRESTONE DR went back to the bank for $900k.
I am sure I will have plenty more to come, and I will take requests.
