I searched the forums, but I didn’t find anything regarding this topic.  Basically, my friend is purchasing an older 1980’s home and I told them to get a good inspection done.  They asked if I knew anyone, and I couldn’t.  Does anyone here know a good home inspector in our about Irvine?  Thanks is advance.

Steve Lottatore, who is Bilt-Rite, is a darn good master certified inspector.  I have used him before…

The guy my buyer used was pretty good too I believe:
