This was sent to me by a Friend to post on IHB. Yes, it’s real!

Wow.  Just wow.  We should all call Gene and encourage him to get a clue.

skek, we’d better call quick before his pre-paid cell phone runs out of minutes gulp

Eventualy His Sharpie will be out of Ink and he’ll have to get a real Job!

What’s so bad about this? I think we should be applauding this guy for his grassroots advertising efforts and his ability to “think outside the box”. The box being a cardboard box, that is his office.

What does he mean by “foreclosure”?  What, it isn’t “really” a foreclosure?

He’s obviously trying to market to the trend.  In your best American Dad voice:  “People are looking for a desperate homeowner who can barely afford to unload their house.  I’ll give it to them!”  I guess I can’t fault him for trying, but it is so typical-realtor slimey.  Whether they bring value or not, they’ll do anyting to get in on your transaction.

Heeheehee.

But—he sure got our attention, didn’t he?

I think this is so stupid, it is smart.  Like the primitive drawing on Southpark,
it forces you to respond.
