does anyone has any idea how much the Lantana    went   for at the year end closing ? I know they had 1-2 homes with lot of upgrades  ready but the person who bought stepped back .  I   tried to look on zillow but could not find it?

I went to look at the lots they had available. Lot 141(plan 1) was $815K asking price, and lot 75 (plan 2) was asking $863K, both with upgrades. hope this helps

I think you’re asking for year end closing last Nov? Plan1 was $789k (bottom-line pricing, no incentive and tied to their lender). And there’re a couple Plan2’s at $825k and ~$860k I blv. There’s one Plan3 can’t remember the price. I doubt that you can get this deal right now, although you can try negotiating. Just get your application in and approved by their lender and negotiate. Or you can wait a couple more months and gamble that they will have inventory homes and soften the price.
