We recently discovered that IHB had been hacked and some malicious code was placed on the server.  It doesn’t appear that any data was deleted.  The malicious code has been removed but while it was there, it is possible that passwords may have been compromised.

Please change your password ASAP.

To change your password:
Click on ‘Your Control Panel’ at the top of the screen
Click on ‘Username and Password’
Fill out the form and hit ‘Update’

Should you have problems logging in after changing your password, clear your cookies and try logging in again.

How to clear cookies in Internet Explorer:
Go to Tools, Internet Options, Delete Cookies

How to clear cookies in Firefox:
Go to Tools, Clear Private Data
