Real Estate Investor / Homeowner, I received my Master of Planning degree from USC, partly paid for by Irvine Foundation; MBA from UC Irvine in 2002.  Irvine has been dearest to my heart since 1995.  I currently own and operate Teamwork Homes & Loans, a real estate / mortgage brokerage company in Orange.  We pride in our job helping homeowners and investors make informed decisions regarding one of their largest financial investments.

I practice what I preach, became a homeowner in Irvine in 2003, anticipating a 20% price drop at the time; invested in one bank-owned property in Nov 2007 in order to get bargain price.  I tend to hold a long-term view on real estate and other investments.  I might be wrong at times, but I always speak what I know that is true.  I think I can call myself a student of value-investing.
