    59 Donovan is a Montecito Plan 2 resale. Plan 2 was my favorite from this tract. Looks like it was bought a year ago for ~$810k from the builder.

      I agree… Plan 2 was nice… although we liked the Plan 1 downstairs more.

      My wife would have probably really looked into buying a Plan 2 if it was $760k from the builder.

      Is this the first Montecito resale?

    I’ve been waiting for 9 Coriander to close. Originally listed at $919k, so $791k is a big drop. What’s even worse is if you look at how much it originally sold for in 2006, $1.072m.

    How these detached condos sold for $1m is beyond me… I realize it’s Quail Hill… but that area is so dense and they aren’t true SFRs.
