$390,000 for a one bedroom condo is depressing…that’s all I have to say on this one.
It’s worth it though. The weather is great and your children can go to a great Irvine school!
And I’m sure all the kids you are able to squeeze into the “large loft” will truly benefit from the “award winning schools” (wait, maybe there’s room for the kids in the two car attached garage…)
You could turn that two car garage into two additional bedrooms…illegal alien clown house style. I see Costa Mesa is cracking down on garages turned into living areas, I wonder if Irvine already has laws againtst this…
