Nice job Larry and John!
That was a great interview! Hope you can do more of these to increase awareness about your book - which is a must read.
It’s funny how the people that bought at the peak thought prices will keep going up forever, and us renters will be priced out forever. Things have changed so dramatically in a little over a year. Most of my friends that bought in the last few years are underwater. Whereas I find my buying power increase with each passing month. If it wasn’t for IHB, I would certainly be underwater today.
Thanks again IR (Larry) for saving many of us from financial ruin!
I am so happy you mentioned the cost of owning a home in lost interest and the cost of renting….
Now people can understand why it is exactly i rent.
Anyways good luck
-bix
Good and extensive interview.
Just wanted to add my voice to the chorus of praise for this excellent interview—both interviewer and -ee did great jobs. I was especially pleased that the interview didn’t just retread all the same territory as other recent interviews and blog posts—there was new information even for IHB regulars.
I feel like I met my twin—I too moved here from Fla. and I have been treated the same way from friends and trying to meet people here. It’s been awful with agents as well. So happy you started this group as my sanity is now intact! But the anger is still visable! LOL
keep posting—
