IR: I received my copy of “TGHB” this morning from the “Obsession Fairy” (a long standing family theme). I wish I could get it signed at the gathering, but I won’t be in So Cal till the MLK Holiday. I hope that our purchase supports in some small way your efforts in providing free education.
My family complains about my slightly limited conversation skills, but they are coming around. A recent article predicted that the median in the Sacramento area would get to about $175,000. We currently have several zip codes at or below 100K. My wife described this as good news to both of our adult kids (current renter/savers). I was proud!
