I think reading the realtor comments is the best part of these things. Every one of them seems to have a head-scratcher.
This thing has exterior doors throughout? Sweet! Good to know I can get inside. Or are they saying that the roof has double-paned windows?
What makes this house perfect for retirement that the other houses are missing?

This is a little off topic but… Who ever said real estate can’t drop? Here is 50% plus drop in sunny Cali.

Not sure if it is just me but does that basketball goal look like it is 12 feet high?
I love the shot at the end of the car with no wheels.
Did they hire a Monet-wannabe to paint a picture of 15385 NANTES CIR rather than just take a photo?
I’m speechless.
WTF is not enough. You gotta come up with a WTF^2 rating for this.
That video was great, thanks for the link

Hey, about the property at 15385 Nantes…I live near that house in the Ranch, and I’m not sure what the situation over there is, but the person who lives there is really damaging the site. This weekend there was a pile of broken glass and what looked like concrete on his driveway and on Sunday he upended four or five garbage bags on his driveway. The trash was still there when I left for work this morning. He’s also put a chain on stakes in front of his driveway. He’s obviously got mental problems based on this and other behaviors witnessed by myself, my family and others in the street, and he’s had at least three run-ins with the police since the beginning of July. Also, he keeps his front door open more or less constantly.
I’ve seen realtor signs stuck into his lawn, but he’s always removed them. If this property’s for sale (and I hope it is, because this individual has been a trial to live near) I think the realtor should know what’s going on there because frankly, the place looks like hell.
