I am shocked at the prices in Woodbury.  Just blows me away.  Colorado is looking better and better every day.

I don’t get why they call these places luxury townhomes.  It may be priced luxuriously, but it is still a townhome.  You share walls.

The single story plan was interesting.  You are right about a kitchenette for the casita.  It’s the smallest plan that I have seen with a casita.  I think a casita was orignally meant as a room for a maid or a nanny, but do you really need one in a 3BR, including the casita?  Probably better used as an office for this plan.  I liked the 10’ ceilings in the living room of that model though.

The other plans were OK.  I also liked the biggest plan, but noticed the bedrooms on each floor were so far apart from each other.  I don’t think this is good for young kids who come looking for parents in the middle of the night.

Portola Springs is way out there.  You really can’t see it from Irvine Blvd, but maybe you can once more houses are built.  I check out these places during the lunch hour and it seemed really warm out there.  Plus the county dump at Bee Canyon isn’t that far away, but the Santa Anas probably blow toward Woodbury.
