I wonder if this was one of California Pacific’s first attempts at building the smaller detached products. The square footage on the Plan 1 in this tract is 1030 which is the same as the square footage in the popular Aldea, Sage, Chantory, and Cortile tract plans. ——-

I am thinking this place is worth maybe $275,000. I rent a 3 bed 2 bath for 2,200 per month right down the street.
