First get to the forums by clicking on the ‘Forums’ tab at the top of this page.
You should now see all the discussions in the Forums.
In order to post, you’ll have to create an account. Click on the ‘Sign In’ link on the top right, then click on ‘Apply for Membership’. Fill out the form and you’ll receive an email that you have to click on. Now you should be registered to the forums and you can post new threads as well as comments to existing threads.

I wonder if there are concessions “above and beyond” the stated prices. The price drops are substantial - but as we see with the Pardee Homes property in Ventura County, some developers are absorbing the cost of Mello-Roos Fees, which effectively reduces the cost of buying a home but does not alter the “face” price of a house. ——-
