Why do they call it Quail Hill ? has anyone seen a Quail running around the place?
Why do they call it a Village ? Where are the shops and resteraunts that villages are supposed to have?
Even better——- who would be that stupid to buy a 2 bedroom condo in Irvine for $649,000 ?

These appear to be a remake of Monticello from Northpark Square, with some slight exterior tweaking. In March of 2002, the builder was contracting/selling the Plan 3 for just over $300K. My, how times change. ——-
