We are about 6 months away from seeing this sort of “lights out” in Orange County. By the summer, when the RE brokers don’t see the market coming back, they will cut their losses.

I’m out here too with my folks. Seems that a lot of ‘folks’ live out in AZ. I saw that news story too. That was remax 2000 I think, not sure if that’s the same of different from the main company.

Genius, I think they are all franchises of “Re/Max”. I’m in Sun Lakes and it’s really nice here. TONS of listings.
