Interesting.  How do you search the title database?  For that matter, are there publicly available databases that reflect sales prices? Thanks.

$595,000 for a 1400 sq ft. tract condo in Irvine is just plain stupid…..and what is the view of, the freeway?

Title databases are typically made available to RE agents.  I don’t know of any publicly available databases with this information.  Sure would be nice though wink

Great blog,

I’m refering a friend over here.  He’s about to experience a “life milestone” that is making him want to buy.  The information I’ve gained has convinced him to wait until at least 2008.

realestateabc.com shows this property was purchased in July, 2006 for $585,500.

I think the data at realestateabc.com is a little flawed.  When I search for 109 Coral Rose or 110 Coral Rose, it also shows a price of $585,500 and a sales date of 7/4/2006.

This is no surprise that it is listed for so much.
1) Former Model Home
2) Turtle Ridge ( Beach Close )
3) Largest Plan
