Walking up to the home, a small patio sits next to the front door.  With the home being adjacent to neighbors on both sides, the windows, which are original, face either the front or back of the home, but the rooms are light and bright.  Plantation shutters nicely furnish the windows.

Upon entering there is a small dining area and small kitchen to the right.  Part of the kitchen wall opens up to the living room, creating a nice open space.  The kitchen’s lighting is upgraded to recessed lighting and the flooring throughout the first level is wide planked wood flooring.  Quartz countertops and black appliances show nicely in the kitchen.  There is a lack of cabinets for storage, but a small pantry is located at the far end of the kitchen.

The living room has a remodeled fireplace, recessed lights and built-in speakers.

The half bathroom, small coat closet, entrance to the garage and staircase are located in the back right of the first floor. It appears the bathroom has original cabinets and countertops, but the lighting and decorative mirror have been replaced.  It is in clean, great condition.

The attached garage has built-in storage and a high roof for additional storage.

Three bedrooms and two bathrooms are found upstairs.  Carpet runs throughout the staircase and second level.  The secondary bedrooms are similar in size and both overlook the alley with the neighboring townhouse garages.  Ceiling fans are installed in both bedrooms.

The shared bathroom looks like it has stained wood cabinets, original countertop, newer decorative mirror, tile flooring and lighting.  It comes with a single sink and tub/shower combination and is in great condition.

The master bedroom is a very large with an extra alcove and large walk-in closet.  The windows face the front of the home.  With vaulted ceilings and multiple windows, the room feels and looks spacious.  Although the bathroom does not have a privacy door, it looks like one could easily be added.  Dual sinks with quartz countertops are found in the master.  Updated tile flooring, mirrors and lighting modernize the space.  To the left is the separate toilet.  The shower looks original with the 4×4 wall surround.  It is in great condition.

Overall, the condo is move-in ready and the layout is nice.  The only downfalls are the lack of kitchen cabinets and the location at the entrance of the community, although the pool is just steps away.  Even though the bathrooms have many original features, they are very clean and in excellent condition.  The home is also within walking distance of Santiago Hills Elementary and Sierra Vista Middle Schools.
